Congratulations! You’re here because you’ve been selected to join the NSSC Volleyball Club family for the 2025–2026 season! Below, you’ll find everything you need to know to finalize your spot, including fees, key dates, policies, and a special message from our Club Directors.

Other important information to note:
- Parents are not permitted to watch their athlete during practice until the final 30 minutes. This policy ensures that the coach has the full attention of the entire roster without interruptions.
- All teams practice 2x week at the Sportsplex. (Sundays and one other weekday)
- All non-NSSC practice and game schedules that conflict with NSSC events must be submitted to the club directors on November 2nd, 2025.
- As part of our club-wide Nike contract, all athletic spandex shorts, arm sleeves, and knee pads must be of the Nike brand or non-labeled alternatives. (Shoes are exempt from this requirement.)
- While you can view a breakdown of our club fees below, also note there will be a Membership Kit released on September 1st (via email) where we will need your athlete’s: USAV (notarized) Medical Release Form, copy of Birth Certificate, and USAV membership due paid ($50) before they can play in a tournament. These items will also be available on our 2026 Season Resource Page.
📅 Commitment Night Details
To secure your spot, you must attend our upcoming commitment night:
- Date: Sunday, July 27th, 2025
- Time: Drop-in any time between 4:00 – 7:00 PM
- Location: The Sportsplex Back Room
- Down Payment: $600 required at this time to officially commit (this can be made via check, cash, or credit card with a 3.5% fee)
If you cannot attend in person, please contact us in advance so alternative arrangements can be discussed.

Here’s what you can expect regarding financial investment and cost structure. At NSSC, we pride ourselves on providing elite training opportunities without elite price tags.
🗓️ Tentative Practice & Tournament Schedule
Each team will receive their own detailed schedule after team placement, but here’s a general framework:
PRACTICES:
- Practices Begin: November 2nd, 2025
- Typical Practice Days: 2x/week, evenings
- For November and December 15U-18U will practice every Sunday 6-8PM and Wednesday 6:30-8:30PM

🙋 FAQs
Can I still be moved to a different team than what my offer slip states?
Yes. Placement can shift slightly as we evaluate overall rosters and skill balance. Final rosters will not be confirmed until two weeks into November practices.
What happens if I miss Commitment Night?
You must contact us directly to hold your spot. The $600 deposit is still required no later than July 27 as per USAV and NSSC Rules.
How is NSSC different from other clubs?
We focus on giving more kids a chance to play — not just a select few. Our large club size, local tournament hosting, cost savings, and focus on earned excellence make us unique.
How many rosters spots do you have?
It varies by age group, but we are staffed for up to 4 teams for 10U-17, and. one team for 18U. We will have Nike rosters of 12 for our older girls, 11 for younger girls and rosters of 10 for our Black, White, and Gray teams.
