15U-18U High School Girls Open Gyms
This two-hour clinic is for girls entering their freshman through senior seasons. There are three total open gym dates to help prepare the athletes for our NSSC Tryouts on July 26th. Cost is $5 – pay at the door. You must RSVP online prior to arriving! (Click on date above to RSVP)
10U-14U Youth Girls Open Gyms
This two-hour clinic is for girls 10u-14u. There are three total open gym dates to help prepare the athletes for our NSSC Tryouts on October 25th. Cost is $5 – pay at the door. You must RSVP online prior to arriving! (Click on date above to RSVP)
10U-18U Boys Open Gyms
- Open Gym – August 14th, 6-8PM
- Open Gym – August 19th, 6-8PM
- Open Gym – August 21st, 6-8PM
- Open Gym – September 2nd, 6-8PM

Have a Question About Age Groups?
For the 2025-2026 USAV season, the age determination date is July 1, 2025. Players are assigned to age divisions based on their birthdate and, in some cases, their grade level. The main age divisions are 10 & Under, 11 & Under, 12 & Under, 13 & Under, 14 & Under, 15 & Under, 16 & Under, 17 & Under, and 18 & Under. Simply find your athelete's birthday MONTH in the first column then align with their birthday YEAR in the following columns to determine which age division they would be in for the '25-'26 club season.
