Be Chosen is the Official Athletic Training Partner of NSSC Volleyball Club

Be Chosen Fitness will be hosting their explosive and agility 8 week program starting Sunday, Dec. 1 for our club! Training will go until Thursday, Jan. 23.

TRAINING TIMES:

Training sessions will be offered 3 different times during the week. These time slots will be open to everyone!

• Sundays from 5-5:45 pm
• Sundays from 6:15-7:00 pm
• Thursdays from 6-6:45 pm

LOCATION:

All training sessions will take place at their facility located at 345 South Kingshighway Street, Cape Girardeau, MO.

PRICING:

They will offer a twice a week package or once a week package.

– 2x a week package is $350 for the 8 weeks
– 1x a week package is $200 for the 8 weeks

PAYMENT:

For those that haven’t paid already, they have Venmo @Be-Chosen-Fitness or you can bring cash or a check to the first Sunday training on December 1st.

If paying my check, checks can be made out to Be Chosen Fitness.

SIGN UP:

You do not have to sign up ahead of time. Just show up December 1st and all those that show up will be added to the Be Chosen playbook app!
