Tryouts are required for all new and returning athletes interested in joining our club teams for the upcoming 2025–2026 season.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:
Due to high demand, walk-up registrations are discouraged but accepted. Pre-registration is strongly recommended to ensure you’re in our system and eligible to be placed on a team.

3. Print & Sign Hard Copy of Waiver (You must bring the signed waiver to your tryout session)
🚫 Athletes will NOT be considered for a team roster without all of the above completed.

15U-18U High School Girls Tryouts

- 15U & 18U runs 8AM – 10AM
- 16U & 17U runs 10:30AM-12:30PM
- Check in opens ONE HOUR before tryouts start.
- $25.00 non-refundable fee
We will be holding a one-day tryout for our 2025-2026 club season. This tryout for high school-aged athletes which is girls in 15U-18U only. See the chart at the bottom of the page for age clarification.
NOTE: If you are selected for a spot in our club – Commitment Night and Uniform Sizing is on Sunday, July 27th between 4-7 PM where a $600 down payment is required.
Tryouts and Commitment Night take place at The Sportsplex, Cape Girardeau, MO.
10U-14U Youth Girls Tryouts

- $25.00 non-refundable fee
We will be holding a one-day tryout for our 2025-2026 club season. This tryout is for 10U-14U-aged female athletes only. See the chart at the bottom of the page for age clarification. 📌 Please Note: To be eligible for our youngest 10U team, participants must turn 8 years old before July 1st, 2026.

Have a Question About Age Groups?
For the 2025-2026 USAV season, the age determination date is July 1, 2025. Players are assigned to age divisions based on their birthdate and, in some cases, their grade level. The main age divisions are 10 & Under, 11 & Under, 12 & Under, 13 & Under, 14 & Under, 15 & Under, 16 & Under, 17 & Under, and 18 & Under. Simply find your athelete’s birthday MONTH in the first column then align with their birthday YEAR in the following columns to determine which age division they would be in for the ’25-’26 club season.
