You’re Invited!
Congratulations! You’ve been selected to join the NSSC Volleyball Club family for the 2026–2027 season! Below you’ll find everything you need to finalize your spot — fees, key dates, policies, and a special message from our Club Directors.
IMPORTANT — Please review this entire page, then sign the Club Commitment Requirement (CCR) below. It must be completed before you attend Commitment Night.

A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES
- Parents are not permitted to watch their athlete during practice until the final 30 minutes. This ensures the coach has the full attention of the entire roster without interruptions.
- All teams practice 2x/week at the Sportsplex (Sundays and one other weekday).
- All non-NSSC practice and game schedules that conflict with NSSC events must be submitted to the club directors by November 1st, 2026.
- As part of our club-wide Nike contract, all athletic spandex shorts, arm sleeves, and knee pads must be Nike brand or non-labeled alternatives. (Shoes are exempt.)
- You’ll find a full breakdown of club fees below. Note there is also an Onboarding Packet requiring your athlete’s USAV (notarized) Medical Release Form, a copy of their Birth Certificate, and paid USAV membership ($50) before they can play in a tournament. These are available on our 2027 Season Resource Page.

COMMITMENT NIGHT
To secure your spot, you must attend our upcoming Commitment Night:
- Date: July 26th, 2026
- Time: Drop in any time between 1:00–4:00 PM
- Location: The Sportsplex Back Room
- Down Payment: $600 required to officially commit (check, cash, or credit card with a 3.5% fee)

FAQs
How do I know what team I'll make?
If you did not receive an exact placement, you’ll know after the first two practices of the club season.
What happens if I miss Commitment Night?
You must contact us directly to hold your spot. The deposit is still required no later than July 26th, per USAV and NSSC rules.
How is NSSC different from other clubs?
We focus on giving more kids a chance to play — not just a select few. Our large club size, local tournament hosting, cost savings, and focus on earned excellence make us unique.
How many roster spots do you have?
It varies by age group, but our Nike teams are typically 11–12, Black Regional 10, and White Local teams 10.
