Doors Open: 7:00 AM (No earlier)
 Coaches Meeting: 7:45 AM

 Tournament Protocol

• Game Balls: Provided. Teams must bring their own warm-up balls.

• Pool Formats:

  • 5-Team Pools: 2 sets (19 pts each)

  • 4-Team Pools: 2 sets (19 pts each)

  • 3-Team Pools: 3 sets (19 pts each)

• Playoffs (Gold & Silver):

  • Match Format: Best of 3

    • Sets: 19 pts, 19 pts, and 15 pts (if needed)

    • Championship Match: 25 pts, 25 pts, and 15 pts (if needed)

• Spectator Seating:

  • When your team is not playing, please clear the chairs/bleachers for families of teams that are playing.

• Officiating:

  • Teams will Need to provide an R1, an R2, a scorekeeper, a libero tracker, a flip score, and and two line judges

  • A coach must be with the officiating team at all times.

• Rosters

Please make sure your roster is uploaded into AES by Friday (USAV verified)

 Warm-Up Protocol

• First Match of the Day:

  • 2 minutes shared court time

  • 4 minutes (serving included)

• All Other Matches:

  • No shared court time

  • 4 minutes (serving included)

• Coin Toss Winner:

  • The team that earns the serve starts warm-ups.

 Gym Protocol

• Seating: No outside chairs allowed.

• Food & Drinks:

  • NO Coolers

• Parking:

  • No parking in non-designated areas.

• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the facility.

• Entry Fee: $5 per person (venmo or cash only)

 Code of Conduct

• Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk.

• If you disagree with the protocols, we kindly ask you not to attend.

• Behavior:

  • No arguments from spectators or participants.

  • Treat officials, players, coaches, and other spectators with respect.

  • The tournament director reserves the right to remove anyone for inappropriate behavior.

 Award Information

• Gold Bracket: Awards for 1st and 2nd place.

• Silver Bracket: Award for 1st place.
