At NSSC Volleyball Club, we believe excellence is earned, not given. That truth doesn’t just guide how we train our athletes — it shapes how we build our teams and select the incredible coaching staff that leads them.
Earlier this season, we introduced the talented coaches leading our Nike teams — those operating at the highest level of competitive club volleyball. But now, we’re equally proud to shine the spotlight on the coaching staff for our 15U–17U Black, White, and Gray teams.
These teams are the heartbeat of our club. They’re foundational to our mission of growing confident, skilled, resilient athletes — no matter where they begin or how far they want to go.

💪 Coaching That Meets Athletes Where They Are
NSSC is more than a place to play volleyball — it’s a place to develop volleyball players.
That’s why we’ve strategically placed strong, experienced, and passionate coaches across every level of our program. Whether you’re competing on a Gray, White, Black, or Nike team, one thing remains the same: You’ll be coached by someone who is invested in your growth and equipped to help you improve.
Every coach in our program is selected for:
- Their technical volleyball knowledge
- A proven ability to teach player development effectively
- A vision for long-term athlete success
- The values of integrity, mentorship, and earned excellence
Your athlete is never just a number or a name on a roster. At NSSC, we see every player for who they are and who they can become.
🏐 Why the Coaching Staff at Every Level Matters
Every athlete is on a different chapter of their volleyball journey. Some are just learning the rhythm of team play, while others are battling for college scholarship potential. That’s why our coaching staff at the Black, White, and Gray levels aren’t an afterthought — they’re essential.
Because of our club’s large size and multi-team format, we’re uniquely positioned to offer tailored coaching within each age group. This allows us to:
- Maximize touches and playing time
- Offer position-specific feedback
- Foster team culture and individual development
- Help athletes set and pursue real, reachable goals
We don’t just create one or two “elite” teams per age group. We create opportunities for all skilled athletes to grow and compete — in an environment that respects their current abilities while supporting their potential.
🌟 Meet the Coaches Guiding Our 15U–17U Athletes
We’re excited to roll out the full coaching lineup for our 15U–17U Black, White, and Gray level teams. These coaches have been chosen because they bring talent, heart, and vision to our program. Get to know the names that will guide this season’s players, helping them sharpen their skills and elevate their game.
🏐 15U Head Coaching Staff:
“Raechel is a joy to have at our club. She is always looking for new ideas to improve her coaching techniques, and she pushes her girls like no other. Her drive for the game is unmatchable.“
“Addison is a fantastic addition to our coaching staff for the 2025-2026 volleyball season! As a former NSSC player, we are excited for her to bring her energy, passion, and game knowledge back to the court. We have no doubt that she will be an excellent motivator and a traditional coach for her team.“
“Kaitlyn’s passion for the game and genuine drive to develop the next generation of athletes is truly unmatched. With a competitive spirit, Kaitlyn brings energy, dedication, and a winning mindset to everything she does — both on and off the court.“
🏐 16U Head Coaching Staff:
“Whitney has always been passionate about volleyball. Throughout her time at NSSC, she has harnessed her training skills to assemble a successful team. Her positive attitude, ability to listen, and clear explanations make her an excellent coach for everyone she works with.“
“Madyson is a fantastic addition to our coaching staff. As a former middle blocker, she will be an invaluable resource to help our middles enhance their skills and improve their game. She has already demonstrated her capabilities to all of us during our summer camps and clinics.“
“Rachel is new to our staff, but she is not new to NSSC as a player. She was a phenomenal hitter and blocker, and during her time playing at the collegiate level, she further improved her skills. We look forward to having her back and seeing her share her knowledge with the next generation of volleyball players.“
🏐 17U Head Coaching Staff:
“Aimie is compassionate and competitive. Her drive to win is unmatchable. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to blocking and hitting, and sees the floor very well to be able to instruct her athletes very well.“
“Carson is an excellent coach. During his time as a player for NSSC, he excelled in the defensive area, which continues to be his strength in coaching. Carson provides valuable feedback and has a keen understanding of the game, allowing him to make effective adjustments that help his team succeed.”
“Shawna is new to our staff, but she is not new to the game or to coaching. She is passionate and provides excellent instruction. Shawna expects her athletes to play hard, as she puts her all into her coaching as well.“
With role-specific expertise ranging from hitting and blocking to defense and setter training, this coaching team is ready to take our older age group athletes deeper into next-level competition and confidence.
